"Awful vibes. What seemed like the manager was super patronizing and had zero customer service skills. Trainee and girl with southern Irish accent were super friendly and lovely but was told by who I think is the manager I needed a hoop far bigger than what I came in looking for and was pretty steep pricing for what it is. Needless to say I can't take it back so that was a waste of £17."
"I was in today and got an appointment really quickly. They email you a consent form which is handy. All the staff on today were so friendly, couldn't be more welcoming and helpful. The girl who pierced my nose was great and made me feel very at ease. Reasonable prices too, I'll definitely be back again."

My piercer was Katie and she was so good at making sure I felt comfortable and it was very professional and sanitary! Katie was so lovely and I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough to anyone wanting to get a piercing, the rest of the staff were so lovely too while I waited for my friend getting her piercings but I didn’t get their names!
