"Unfortunately I booked this clinic for my bridal tan. Had a trial with St Tropez which was fine so I booked an appointment for my wedding (months in advance). I called the morning of my appointment to confirm and was told my St Tropez tan appointment was ready for me at 2pm. Then I turn up to be told they had run out of St Tropez (would have been nice of them to check when I called or even shortly after to give me time to make alternative plans!), they wouldn't suggest an alternative clinic where I could get the tan and didnt even remember that the appointment was for a bride, 2 days before her wedding!"

I've been having back problems for some time now and Naomi was able to pick up on that without me mentioned anything.
