"Came in because I had lost the back to one of my earrings I received as a gift from Astrid & Miyu. I went in for a replacement and was expecting to pay something. However when I came in the women who served me (Lola) was super friendly and courteous, she made me feel very taken care of after assuring I wasn't silly for losing the back of my earring, then offering to give the earrings a quick clean before replacing the back for free. It was a lovely experience that definitely has ensured I will be a customer in the future. Thank you very much, made my day."
