"I had three piercings and bought four earrings back in October. I took good care of them and followed all the advice. A couple of weeks ago I noticed two had fallen out! I was very upset and felt they must have been loose. Luckily I managed to find one but not the white gold diamond star. I was gutted. Today I went to have the posts resized and told the manager, Dimitri what had happened and how upset I was. Of course it was only my word. He listened to me and to my surprise, he decided to replace the lost earring. I was overwhelmed and couldn’t be more grateful. "A very good piercing experience. The person showing me the earring was very nice, friendly and helpful, showed me everything I was interested in, and was very polite. I was explained about the post-piercing process and received written instructions. The person doing the actual piercing was very professional and seemed very comfident and competent. The equipement is sterilized and photographed prior to piercing, and the exact position of the piercing is discussed. A few more instructions were given and that was it. The whole process was a nice experience and made me feel free of any health/hygiene related issues."
