"This is mostly a football area. However if you park and follow the trials you will have a lovely place to walk the dog. You can stay on the marked paths, some of which are now more like pavement, or go cross country. The views for a semi rural location like this are fantastic. As you can see by the photos Kobe enjoyed it. For humans there is a coffee cart, and a few benches. No children play area and be warned no bathrooms!"
"There's so much there. You can access the Comber Greenway from there. There are football pitches, dog parks, cycle trails, a pump track and walking paths. All well kept and enormous."
"Great place for a brisk walk. Really looked after space"
"A beautiful, well maintained walk. Great views and very quiet even though its so close to the roads. The dogs have a fenced area to run around. Cyclists have a great off road cycle path. Ample car parking and plenty of space to pass others. Plenty of bins and no dog waste hanging from trees or lying around the paths."
"Wonderful resource with lots of different paths and beautiful views over the surrounding countryside. I went in the morning - about 10.30 - and, even though there was quite a large number of cars in the car park, I didn't feel at all uneasy: there was lots of room on the pathways. It is a work in progress, of course, but when the tens of thousands of trees are all planted and are growing, it will be a fantastic wooded area. Also a good number of benches which are situated at intervals and provide a seat so you can admire the view - as well as rest weary legs."
