"The owner said she was experienced but she had no clue what she was doing when piercing rook. She put me through so much pain and to top it off she couldnt get the jewellery through! She then told me to take the jewellery home and put it through myself :/ I left the shop with a hole in my ear and no bar! Worst place to go for piercings! Stay away! This place needs to be shut down!"
