"After my experience, I wouldn't recommend leaving your cat here. 1- First of all, there was no update or barely any update of how my cat was doing over the entire week I left it there. 2- When I was about to make the payment the person in charge almost charged double the amount of money, thinking I left a dog instead of a cat. When I specifically stated I was picking up a cat at the very beginning. 3- I had to ask three times for my cat's belongings, since the first time they only brought my cat and no signs of the blanket, food and toys. They claimed they cleaned the blanket and that's why they didn't bring it the first time, but the blanket didn't look or smell clean at all. 4- When I took the cat out of his carrier, I noticed my cat was dirty looking, as if they didn't even bother to groom him. Just look at the picture I took! Honestly, I feel this place isn't good enough and you should find somewhere else! Plenty of places that offered better service and keep you updated...I won't leave my cat here again."
"It was my first time putting my 2 year old cat into a cattery, everyone I spoke to at Ballykine was very helpful and put my mind at ease. A very friendly and professional service with good value for money. My cat was well looked after, they were very accommodating and I was able to leave her with her bed, treats and food for her stay."

Good clean enclosures for cats and they are always well cared for. Never had any issues or problems in over a decade! Highly recommended!"
