"I practically live in hotels and travel all around Great Britain, I rarely bother to leave reviews but the level of service here is exceptional. Anna on reception and Kate on the bar are the names that spring to mind but all the staff were excellent. I will be staying here again without doubt."

"Today I, and four others had afternoon tea in the hotel. Staff made us most welcome and were very accommodating bringing a high chair for my young grandson. the service was prompt, friendly and courteous. The food was really excellent and there was a very good selection of both savoury and sweet treats. The surroundings were lovely and very relaxing. Definitely recommend!"

"Reception staff not very amicable. Nice place but not much of a vibe / buzz about it. Felt like you had to be quiet and unobtrusive. Did not stay so cannot comment on rooms. Did check prices tho....dearer than dunsilly which in my opinion is a better choice"

"My grandma came to visit and we brought her up to Belfast for a few nights. We all absolutely loved our stay. Staff, particularly Helen, was so friendly and helpful the entire time we stayed there. We got afternoon tea one day and it was the best afternoon tea I've ever had. The pool was lovely and we loved getting to watch the weddings go on during our stay. We will definitely stay again."

"Went with a tour group. The staff were lovely but service was slow and I felt like the staff didn't know what they were doing. Was promised a twin room but was given a double. No entertainment at night and beer is expensive. Comfy bed. Decent shower."
