"Change staff because my dog was refused bathing for the second time. Previously, there was an employee who bathed my husky without a problem and without a muzzle, now, even wearing a muzzle, I gets a phone call after 10 minutes that, unfortunately, my dog cannot be bathed because he is stressed. Employees cannot cooperate with the dog. I do not recommend."
