"Izzy is amazing! She did all of my piercing and whenever I want more piercing done, it’s can be only done by her no matter what! She made me feel comfortable and settle me down whenever I feel nervous. She also did my boyfriend and my friend and they were pleased with their piercing/adjustment! I had 2 nose ring and one looks bigger than another so izzy had change the jewellery so they look identical and it was brilliant! I highly recommend to go to Izzy x"

"On a weekend out at Nottingham i had my first tattoo here after being to scared to get one and Sam my artist was lovely, along with the lady at the desk, very pleasant and welcoming, had a great chat. Made me feel less nervous for my tattoo! 100% would come back to Nottingham for this shop"

"Absolutely no bad thoughts on this place. Izzy is amazing with me and helps me when it comes to aftercare when I had bumps, she is very friendly and can have a laugh and puts you at ease if nervous. She helped fix my scaffold which was so painful and incorrectly pierced in a different place. She has done about 7 piercings for me (not including fixing some old ones or stretching nose piercing) and honestly the self care tips worked amazing no issues, healing or healed well and she was so patient and friendly when piercing me. I actually look forward to getting piercings now instead of dreading it or worrying about it as I 100% trust her. Definitely recommend and absolutely love how she helps me to order jewellery so I’m happy with it and lets me contact her if I have any issues"

"Went to go get my bridge pierced by a woman at the bodycraft next to the barbers. Short with a lot of black face piercings. She made me rush the piercing and the customer service was appalling. All the questions I had asked she acted as though I was stupid to ask them. She was horrible and rude and the most patronising customer service I've experienced and bearing in mind I've gone to most of the piercing places in Nottingham with a breeze. After this incident, I shared the same experience with someone else with them telling me she was the same. Yes, you want to get it done and over with but working in customer service, you want to be nice to your customers and for them to trust you? clearly not. In the end, the piercing was wonky and I got it taken out at another piercing place. I bet the other people are sound, just got the bad apple."
