"Rude staff! I missed an appointment as I had to go to vets in an emergency and woman rang me from salon to ask where I was. She was rude, insensitive and when I apologised for missing the treatment (which I'd looked forward to AND paid for in advance,) she put the phone down on me!!! Disgusting service. I will never book a treatment through this place again. I would NOT recommend Beauty Spot to anyone. Book somewhere professional as I will do next time."
