"Despite being a regular customer, the service and quality of product has drastically reduced. Very disappointing. Upon arrival of my most recent order, there was damage to the suede box (scratches and even in one place the suede had been pulled away, presumably during assembly). The company doesn’t accept returns, and despite raising the issue with customer service, they have shown no willingness to uphold their own damaged goods policy set out on their website to replace the damaged goods. It has reached the point where customer service won’t even respond to communication, in my experience a great way to keep loyal clients happy. All in all, a very disappointing experience given the price point that this company pitches its roses at and I will certainly be shopping elsewhere going forward to avoid further disappointment."

"I chose Amarante flowers for my wedding bouquet and it was a perfect choice. I didn't regret it at any time. My wedding was in December and they arrived on time in a beautiful black box. Everyone loved the unique look and combination of those flowers. It's end of June and the bouquet still looks fresh and has a special place in the vase in my lounge. "While the staff are very lovely the dried flowers are rather pathetic. Beware of the photos as these bear little resemblance to what you will receive. For nearly £100 for a tiny bunch of flowers, it’s a very poor service. There are far better companies out there to get your dried flowers from. Stay away. I have had far superior flowers for over half of the price for a larger bouquet. They also say they do not take returns. So would really consider using another company one that offers better flowers and better custom returns."
