"Absolutely appalling. They was meant to be at the funeral home for my nans funeral at 9am. They didn't turn up and the funeral procession turned up with NO flowers on it. When Anita finally turned up at 10.25am to our nans house, the flowers were wrong. The spray on top of the coffin was meant to be open lilies, they were closed. The roses on the "Nan" wreath were not the right colours and half dead. They also messed up another cousin's order. It was overall disgusting behaviour. They never apologised for being late. Instead she said she couldn't cope with mothers day and the funeral being 1 day apart, which I AND MY FATHER asked her if she would be okay with that. She said of course she would. She also said she was going to call us 24 hours before the funeral and cancel but decided to go ahead with it, but we got absolutely terrible flowers."
"Ordered flowers for a funeral for this Wednesday over the telephone, a week early as they couldn't take a card over the telephone for some reason ( I think their card machine was playing up, not sure) so sent a cheque early in order for it to be cleared. I explained to the man on the telephone that what I wanted was a spray in the shape of an arrow head, with one huge dark leaf I'd seen on other funeral flowers to act as a background, and bright yellow roses to the top of the leaf, he suggested that I choose some other coloured flowers to accompany the main flowers, so I decided smaller white flowers & suggested spray carnations, I wanted an open spray, not wrapped in anything, he gave me a price of £40.00. This was done as I say over the telephone, as we live in South Benfleet. What I was shocked to see when we were looking through the wreaths and flowers ( remember what I'd asked for mainly bright yellow roses with smaller white flowers to accompany them, with a base of one huge dark green leaf, ) what we got was a half dead, three large white chrysanthemums that looked like they'd spent two days out of water, some small yellow flowers foliage that was mainly fern and a few leaves, couple of drooping dying astromaria, I think they were supposed to be yellow, but passed their best wrapped in cellophane, that were in no visible shape so badly put together, it was an absolute insult to my friend that had died. I took a photograph of this dreadful half dead spray as proof. Absolutely so upset, that I can't even telephone them to complain, as I'd end up in tears. If I'd picked up flowers in Sainsbury's, Tesco, or a market trader they would have been so much better, and wouldn't have cost £40. I suppose they thought we wouldn't be attending the funeral as we live so far away, so they just put anything near its last legs in this bunch. When I feel I can speak to this florist without getting upset, I will call them. They should hang their heads in shame."
"Very friendly service from this family run shop. They arranged two bunches of flowers for me and my son to give to my wife on her birthday. Both bunches looked AMAZING, she loved them! Also very good price too, thank you. My new favourite florist!"
"Recently refurbished and it looks lovely. Ordered flowers for a funeral and we was really pleased with them. They looked beautiful on the day. New management Very nice and helpful. Would highly recommend."
