Fast Flower Delivery

"I ordered flowers for mothers day, same day delivery. Nothing was delivered. Tried calling their customer care number and sending emails no response. I had to now resort but to write this review, so other people don't fall for such scam. Money was deducted there is no tracking link or any communication thereafter. Please don't waste your time and money."

"Edit - finally got to speak to a lovely manager who apologised and rectified the issue immediately. She even threw in complimentary additional flowers. Majorly regret using this company! Ordered flowers and balloon to be delivered yesterday. The flowers were delivered but the balloon wasn't. I understand that mistakes can sometimes happen but for me the customer service is below par. Called up the company and spoke to an unhelpful woman multiple times who was really not bothered or helpful. Asked me to e-mail - have sent 3 e-mails and have had no response! Please save your money and use someone else more reliable."

"Ordered flowers on V day at 3:30pm and they arrived at 10:30pm that night. It was supposed to be by 6pm but I wasn't too bothered that they were passed that. Beautiful roses and they are still looking lovely 10 days later. Shame this delivery service has such bad reviews, they were fine for me :)"

"I ordered Elegance in a pot arrangement for my friend's birthday for next day delivery. Got the message pretty quickly saying the order has been accepted. No other communication after that. Wasn't sure if the flowers were delivered so tried to call them, no one picked up and no message could have been left either. My friend messaged me the day after her birthday that she had received beautiful flowers and was very happy. It was day after the requested delivery date. I must admit though the flowers looked lovely and presentable, good looking box of chocolates and the packaging was very nice too. My friend was very happy and impressed with both the quality of the flowers and chocolates. Let down for me was no communication and late delivery."

"I ordered some flowers just before 3.30pm and they were delivered at 6.41pm on the same day. I can't deny that other reviewers had an opposite experience but maybe the company has listened to and learned from their customers' feedback or they had more time to deal with fewer orders during lockdown. Unlike other customers, I did receive a confirmation email for the order, when it was being processed, tracking option and even a confirmation that the bouquet was delivered, the exact time and the name of the delivery driver. My friend received the flowers on time for her birthday and found them stunning. The only thing was the pictures she took of the bouquet showed some pink and red roses but online the roses were yellow; but as long as my friend was happy on her Birthday, that's all that matters.
