"Very disappointed with my last order and especially with the attitude of the lady that served me. I had ordered some flowers for my Father's grave and spoke about what I wanted on the phone. I was told the spray would be about 50cm long for the £50 I was spending. When I went to collect it it was like a posy you would have in the middle of your table at Christmas . When I said it was a lot smaller than I was promised her reply to me was " Christmas premium rates !!!" I was disgusted. She had told me on the phone that £50 would get me a spray at least 50cm long. This was 30cm when I measured it when I got home. I was really disappointed as only a month before we had ordered our funeral flowers from there and had recommended them to all our family and friends. Those orders must have come to at least £2000. Obviously they don't appreciate customer loyalty when they treat you like this."
