"As another reviewer has said, I think it depends on your dog! My two love it down here; they get super-excited as soon as they recognize where we are, and can't get inside fast enough. Last I usually see of them is them dragging Richard to the door! When I pick them up, although they are delighted to see me, they really don't want to leave. You know your dogs have had a wonderful time when they whine and cry with their noses pressed up on the window when you drive away. It may not suit some dogs - or owners - but I think it is wonderful, and have no hesitation in leaving my mutts there. They get the chance to run and play and rough and tumble with other dogs, and do all the doggy things they often can't. So they sometimes come back a bit muddy?? So what!! I'm sure lots of people come back from doing things they enjoy wet and muddy. I often reckon they enjoy the break more than I enjoy mine! As for the owner being rude/uncooperative, I have NEVER found them to be so - if you are friendly and polite, so are they. Pricey?? Well, perhaps compared to other kennels in the area - but what price your dog's happiness? Mine I know would hate being confined to a run for most of the day - here they get the chance to do all the doggy things that make life such a joy - for a dog!!"
