"Fabulous place for a walk. Can be steep in places but the views are worth it at the viewing points. Cafe lovely, too. Parking is free but voluntary payments accepted."
"Wonderful place for long walks not to far from Go Ape. Miles and miles of nice walking trails, plenty flat and even ground come give it a go wrap up warmly"
"Loved this place a great walk and friendly walkers. A big fishing lake and plenty of wooden areas for kids to play. There is a small park that's ok. I would recommend a visit to the cafe for a bite to eat and a toilet stop."
"Some of the path ways are currently closed for maintenance work (26th June 22) a beautiful place to walk, lots of ducks to feed, people fishing, not sure on rules for that. Voluntary pay carpark, a lovely cafe and a park."
"Paths are mostly passable, however, lately they are quite muddy and boggy. You'll definitely need good sturdy walking shoes without a doubt. Around the water road it's okay. Everywhere else is muddy..I would say unsuitable for the elderly who aren't so good on their feet. Will be okay after continued dry weather though. Can do a loop from the car park. Car parking is by donation and can fill up quite fast. Small to medium size. Great views from the top."
