"My dogs love getting groomed and they always come out with such soft and shiny fur :) staff work very hard"
"Took our dog here today for the second time. Just a wash and dry in between full grooms. He’s come back damp and now “smells” and he’s also still not clean. Wasted £25 which I was told has now increased to £28. Disappointing, won’t be back and certainly wouldn’t recommend to anyone."
"We booked our Yorkshire Terrier for a groom for the 2nd time here. Both times they have overcharged us for a full groom although we explained that he doesn't need his nails clipping. When we asked why are we been charged for nail clipping. The attitude that we have got from the staff was like either take it or leave it. Which makes me think that they don't value customers at all. Only reason I gave 1 star is because I couldn't give any less. Won't be using their services again."
"Lovely staff. My dog looked and smelt beautiful when we picked her up. No signs of stress from my dog either. It's not cheap but you do get a full groom and claw cut (I'd been paying separate for claws ) very happy ."
