Reviews of Lea Hall
"Amazing venue. My family and I had a wonderful time. The children loved running around in the garden. Kitchen had ample of space for us to cook. Plenty of cutlery and crockery."
"Amazing house with 10 double en-suite bedrooms rooms, all with TV's, of various sizes & design over 2 floors. Two sitting rooms both with fireplaces & 1 with TV. Huge dining room with table to seat 20, but dimly lit. Good kitchen with large cooker, 2 dishwashers, 2 large sinks, ampke fridge & freezer space, well equipped crockery cupboard, with a further crockery cupboard in the hall between the kitchen & the dining room. Cloakroom leading to downstairs toilet. WiFi was available but for a limited number of devices, if not on wifi then internet/signal was very hit & miss. No washing machine in property which would have been nice. Two hot tubs available at extra cost at the rear of the property. Plenty of parking space available. On the whole a great property for a large group to stay and get together."
"My brother hired this for a week for an extended family gathering. I adored the place, unspoilt, it felt so homely. Loads of space and exciting just to explore the building. The pictures on the wall are great too. Huge dining table for 20 and absolutely loved my bedroom with chaise longue, an extra room with a writing table. I shall dream about this place for many a day and night. And as well, just down the road is The Jug and Glass which serves a perfect pint of Marston's Pedigree."
"A fabulous house that easily fitted a group of twenty. Comfortable and well equipped with a good kitchen, although would benefit from additional lighting in the kitchen. Good facilities with lovely grounds and a great pub just a few minutes away."
"A grand old monor house. For 20 of us comfortably. Lots of space and a great kitchen with Hugh fridges and a large freezer. They provide almost everything you need for self catering. Lovely grounds and they have a few garden games stowed away. Lovely old and quirky decor that fits in well with the house. Not for people who like a sleek modern style. We unfortunately had a leak from one of the bathrooms but this was resolved within 10 minutes of us phoning it in. Can't fault the service, it was friendly and efficient. Lea Hall is perfect for a getaway for a large group of friends or family. Helpful tip: order all your food online from the local supermarket and have them deliver it for when you arrive. Saved a lot of time and effort"
