"Boarded my dog here for 10 days and on drop off explained he has some issues and were fully honest about them. On collection were spoken to in an incredibly rude and patronising manner. We were made to feel like we had hidden information, which we hadn’t. Other than being moaned at for one small issue (due to no fault of our own), there was no real handover as to our dogs time in the kennels. We will not be using this kennels again and would not recommend to anyone."
"Extremely rude and unhelpful even after me being anxious on drop off of my cat she showed no empathy and said you said he was fine!! He had never been left anywhere and was quite horrible I will not be using hillsway again and will not be recommending them, if you can't be bothered to be nice and caring then don't bother animals are like humans and deserve a nice place to be when away from home very unhappy"
