"The staff are brilliant in the Stratford store The Manager hasn't got a clue how to do his job he dot know anything about consumer right or store policies how this man get this job and position is beyond me The staff are more knowledgeable about return and refunds policy than what he does I asked for an exchange on a item my grand daughter brought which wasn't working she didn't know what she did with the receipt so I asked for an exchange or to get something else to the value of the product he said the store can not exchange without a receipt, I was straight on the phone to their head office and they said he was wrong they going to email him to exchange it because he was wrong told him what they said and he replied " I don't care what they said" until a cashier told me to just change it and told him about the email and he still didn't want to do it, so off I went in the store to change what I want told him if he has a problem call the police He needs retraining he hasn't got a clue how to do his job"

"Very rude staff, there is a lady from the staff about 50 years old, very rude with customer she shout on you to get you away because she need space to make her job, but she still employed if this place, she should be helpful and kind with customers and at list don’t shout on them coz we are here for shopping. One we ( me and two more customers) let her pass and take the whole space to make her job, couple of minutes late she was shouting again from who is this? Showing a basket from floor.. in a very rude way, to someone who left the basket on the floor to get something from the shelves.. She may need to understand then people it’s in there to shop we understand customers but I think she is really frustrated and she can’t deal with face to face job, she may can apply on a shepherd job vacancy, hopefully she’s gonna feel much better feeling free to shout around. It’s not about bad day is about treat humans, we don’t have fold about whatever happens to you. Very upset about it"
