"This local shop has changed hands over the years I have lived in area for 30 years and these are the most rudest incompetent cashiers ever since starting coop. I had to repeat my cigarette brand about three times I asked for a btl of barcardi she went to give me captain Morgan she rang my cigarettes and drink twice then didn't know how to take items off the till. I then was waiting for this to be rectified she called for another person after waiting 4ever I left without goods"

"The WORST and most VILE customer service for DPD pick up. From the very beginning the guy was just awful and rude and when I defended myself he said 'be careful i know where you live'. So i made a police report for threatening behaviour and they have informed trading standards too. The staff are usually so nice as I am a local but this guy was disgusting!!!!!"
