"I gave 4 last time but actually, this branch I'm reviewing is the one at the Battersea Park Station one, I have to point that I've been confused about the smart shop together the staff, included the Asian look like manager who didn't understand the meaning in full, they just thought that's just for quick payment and that's it, and forgot that there are savings as well while using this smart shop option, in example the water will cost me 2.63£ rather than 4.50£, as also the Steak Sandwich who I supposed to pay 2.50 than 3.25£. That was the last time I've been shopping there and I will use Tesco that is closer 3 mins and the water will cost the same as this Sainsbury's Battersea Park Branch. Very disappointed for the brand, but for this Branch after 6 months, I can tell, I saw there was a rude one guy who doesn't speak that much and by he's body language extremely ignorant, looks like that is been constricted to work there. I didn't see him for 3 weeks and in fact and the shop was more enjoyable, now he's back and the rest of the staff looks a bit annoyed for somehow, this can be an absurdity, but I'm quite sensitive and there are many forms of negative people who hates other people and wishing bad luck to all."
