"A bit disappointing, even by travel-sector standards. Lunch fridge in disarray and stock literally thrown in. Store exceptionally cluttered, with cages of fridge stock left piled up and staff nowhere to be seen. Certainly not up to expected M&S standard. Bakery staff x3 were stood ignoring customers and talking and joking away in Tagalog for two minutes while a customer was stood directly in front of them. In fairness, the staff member who eventually served me was friendly and polite- once they finally paused their conversation. And the staff member who was supervising the self-service tills - who wasn’t part of the bakery posse - was proactive, friendly and helpful."

"I don't often get the need to visit this store, but on the couple of occasions including yesterday, I found the store achieved my expectations of M&S. Shelves stacked and polite staff, the till staff were very polite and one lady went above and beyond to help a blind gentleman in need with his shopping. Well done to you all."

"A useful resource for in-patients, those attending clinics and visitors. Some product prices seem comparable with other retailers. But, in my cynical mind, I wonder if prices could be cheaper as they don't really have any competition for the range of products they sell. Then again in their contract with the NHS their prices could been capped to the retail price index. But while the medical staff do a sterling job the same can't be said for the administrators. Given how much the NHS overspends I'd be surprised if they could come up with such a cap idea."

"Relatively small store, but has all the basic sandwiches, salads and ready meals you'd expect. Can also use for "click and collect" of online orders, which can be very useful."

"Very Chic and fashionable. Automated checkout tills for speedy payments. A bit cold compared to a regular corner shop. I wish they had hot soups! Would've been perfect!"
