"This shop absolutely stinks, it fills the whole store and wafts at you as soon as the doors open. It genuinely smells like something has died behind one of the fridges. I can't go in for fear of getting food poisoning or catching some kind of bacteria. The smell has been there for a good few weeks now and has only got worse."

"A member of staff had the temerity to criticise parenting when they had no right to do so, the child was perfectly happy and well behaved. We wrote to the manager - no response. We copied it to Head Office - no response! Pretty dreadful customer relations and what is purported to be customer service! Don't expect any help in this store and be prepared for absurd and unwarranted comments from the staff, they are poorly trained and have bad manners!"
