"We had a great experience shopping here a few days ago. We were greeted by the lovely old white man who seemed to help people with where they needed to go. It reminded me of Harrods and the level of his service definitely matched that Harrods standard. He helped us probably 3 times in our time there and was really knowledgeable of the departments. He was so friendly and made our experience really nice. I had no idea John Lewis had this service as it definitely made a difference to our shop that day. Thank you to the lovely man for approaching us so nicely and helping us with directions."
