"Took almost an hour of my time and phone call costs to learn that they wouldn't cover me for contents and building insurance due to my postcode. Could have saved me a lot of time if that could be checked first. If getting a quote, ask this first because it is such a waste of call costs and has tainted my view of the coop brand. Now, Karl, who I spoke to was brilliant, professional, easy to talk to and did a great job, he was apologetic when he couldn't give me a quote and he was an asset to a company that needs to tweak its systems to help everyone."

"Had an accident which was clearly not my fault as the other driver hit my car overtaking on the opposite side. I called customer service team to make a claim and the claims team blamed me for the accident even though I given them everything in writing and provided the pictures / digram. The shocking thing is that my statement was changed and a customer service team did not listen to what I had to say."
"Complete joke of a company. Clearly told them to contact my solicitors for the claim made against me which was not my fault, even with camera footage they casually cancel my policy without any notification, then I ended up driving for 2 days with no insurance due to there lack of communication. A letter was sent 3 days after my policy was cancelled, I checked online with the MID. There excuse for cancelling was 'its the underwriters decision' which is a poor and silly excuse. They charged my account for the full month, then canceled right after taking my money. Complete joke and I will be taking it further with the ombudsman."
"What sort of insurance company doesn't allow you to change the vehicle on the policy that you are paying for? Providing no reason as to why they cant provide cover. But very quick to offer a no charge cancellation of the policy!!! Even the 1 star rating is too good for this company."
