"My son booked his Renault Clio in for a repair to his engine as the car was going in and out of limp mode. It was booked in for a whole day but just as he was about to collect the car a new fault occurred. My son left the car with them to diagnose the new fault and hopefully rectify it as he was due to travel to London later that week to catch a flight to Thailand. The car was fixed and he collected the car on time to make his journey to London. Unfortunately the engine played up again just before he arrived at our house and so he left it with me to contact the garage while he was away. I spoke to Chris and even though the car was now a good 2 1/2 hour journey from them, he agreed to send one of his engineers to look at the car and if need be they would take it back to Nottingham. The engineer came on the day we agreed and thankfully fixed the car. My son returned from his trip and 3 weeks later the car is still running like a dream. On behalf of my son I can’t thank Porchester enough for the service we received. It is a very rare day when you find a garage you can trust who are prepared to go above and beyond. Their customer service is first class and I can highly recommend them."
