"Marchand Petit were the perfect estate agents for us. They handled negotiations in a positive & professional manner and made the whole sales process straightforward. We had a slight problem with the original photographs but this was quickly rectified by the team and a new photographer engaged. Going forward, the only recommendation we would make, would be that whoever is doing the viewing, contacts the client to say the viewing is finished, as we ended up waiting to return not knowing if the potential purchaser had left.
