"Very poor by Connells today. my parents were booked I'm for a 430pm viewing on a rented house in plymstock and the estate agents completely no showed. rang the office multiple times and none of them had a clue. apparently Rebecca from plympton was meant to do it but must have double booked as she was at another viewing elsewhere at the time. told they would get a phonecall back and heard nothing since. embarrassingly bad customer service. leaving viewers stranded outside and zero communication p. a simple phonecall apologising and rescheduling would have been the most basic service and my parents didn't even get that. pathetic."
