"Pure Serviced have not had the couresty to respond to email even after a reminder was sent. I paid £130 for 4 star apartment 1 night. It was awful. Do not use this company..........: Dear Pureserviced, I would like to inform you that we were very unhappy with our stay at the Kensington Suite Plymouth 29th December. This apartment is not suitable for a family of three. When we arrived the temperature was set to 31 Degrees which is a ridiculous heat. The recommended family home setting is 21degrees, we turned this down when we arrived but of course it took hours to reduce the temperature. We were advised of the broken blinds on arrival. We were surprised to have such a poor state of blinds being on the ground floor with people and cars going past there was not sufficient privacy. These look like they had been broken for sometime given that it was not just the one window. When it came to getting the sofa bed ready, I was shocked to find a stained dirty mattress with no protector, we found a lighter on the mattress, broken foam and dust came away in our hands when opening the bed. The spare duvet for this was awful and lumpy and I had to ask for a replacement. Lucy on reception was helpful and looked to move our room as she said we would also have a noisy night with traffic. I could not leave my daughter in the main room so she had the bedroom. I could not sleep due to the whistling windows, traffic noisy, shouting in the street and bin lids banging all night. I went to sleep with my daughter as she could not sleep with the noise. I ended up sleeping on the floor with towels. It was the worst night sleep of my life. I am shocked at the way this room is advertised and the price we paid for it. I had expected 4 stars as advertised with 10/10 reviews. We are very very unhappy customers. Also to add the toiletries were not 4 star they were cheap, clocks were all wrong time and there were no coat hooks in hallway. Just an awful experience for the price we paid and how this advertised. "Boiler wasn’t working properly in Waterloo bungalow. The shower didn’t produce hot water so we had to heat water in the kettle in order to wash. Beds comfortable and it was quiet on the plus side."

"We stayed one night in The Buckingham Royal Suit and decided to stay one more night in Plymouth as the apartment was amazing and so clean and furbished with excellent appliances in the kitchen. The apartment was already booked for next day however amazing staff booked us in on another apartment Mayflower flat which was equally great! I would highly recommend for family as we were with our 8, 6 years old daughters and 3 years son and they absolutely loved it! Plus everything was so close just walking distance! Highly recommended this company, definitely coming back soon! Regards from Miroslava and Eric and children"

"The flat that we were booked in was an underground flat. All we could see was the courtyard. Rooms were clean. The boiler was too slow to react to get the flat from 18° to 21°C. It was quite noisy and, most of all, situated in the main bedroom. We had to collect keys from the office about seven minute ride from the property and also had to deposit it back to the same place instead of depositing in a box at the property which is habitual elsewhere."
