"An appointment was made with this Estate Agents to meet outside the property at 2:30. They were late and when i called i was told there had been a mix up in the diary but someone would be with me shortly. I was asked to go straight into the property which was a secure entry system so it was only luck i encountered another coming out who let me in. I waited and eventually a lad turned up wearing scruffy unclean clothes and chewing gum with his mouth open !!! The property itself was not presented well with washing up in the sink and toiletries all over the bathroom. There was damage to the kitchen floor and hob. I would not use an estate agents who could not advise on presenting my property well or who thinks that i am going to part with nearly half a million quid to a lad chewing gum in my ear. REALLY !! I would not have bought the flat even if i had liked it based on the service from the estate agents."
