"Clean accommodation, quite at times, the skylight by the entrance was a great feature to the room. Fully stocked equipment in the kitchen area. A very comfortable bed."

"Managment told me I should care about my children less and more about my job. Pay is really bad and the current cleaners used a hotel guest toothbrush down the toilet bevause he compained about hes shower not bejng cleaned 3 weeks into hes stay. Mind you he spent 2k on he's room. Was also forced to work off the book somewhere else or I would lose my job snd that's what happened because they wanted to pay cash. The male manager used to hide in he's room all day with escorts while he was ment to be working and leaving he's load on the cleaners."

"Last minute booking. After booking had a query about one of their Ts&C's. Got a prompt response from the lovely Amanda. Arrived and checked into a spotlessly clean room with very good facilities. Very good value for money."

"When I arrived to check i made a mistake in my booking and was able to easily upgrade my room for a small fee. The reception desk support team made that experience very easy and were helpful in answering any concerns I had. I was very impressed with my king deluxe apartment the size of the room was fantastic , the cleanliness , the bed was comfy and the shower was easy to use. I also really like how some of the lights can automatically turn on. What I don't like is the loudness of the extractor fan that would turn on each time you entered the bathroom as when your trying to get to sleep it does take a few mins to shut off. Overall for the price I paid to stay the night given how I only booked not long in advance I am very pleased to have stayed at Fox studios . You are literally a few mins away from the town centre and if your looking for somewhere to eat it won't take you long either. Oh and can't forget there's free WiFi available too."

"We rented 3 apartments to watch my son take part in a charity boxing match. I made a mistake in the booking and needed to swap a room at the last second. The staff could not have been any nicer and were really helpful. Then when we left my son locked his key in his room, again they were super nice. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. The rooms were clean, nicely decorated and really well equipped. Super comfy beds and nice extras like sweets on the towels and free tea, coffee and biscuits. My son has a second boxing match in November and we will stay again! Thank you to your lovely staff for taking such good care of us."
