"I attended the minor injury unit at Bodmin Hospital this morning and had an excellent experience. The receptionist was absolutely lovely and despite my problem not quite fitting the criteria for the unit she put me through. The triage nurse was equally lovely and saw me within a few minutes. Again, putting me through to the nurses to see if they could help. I didn't have to wait very long before I went through and the nurse saw me, Louise she was called, she was very thorough and was able to get me sorted out very quickly. The level of care and attention I received was first class and wonderfully refreshing in this day and age. 10/10 Bodmin minor injury unit, you are fantastic. Thank you very much."
