"Our experience unfortunately was similar to several others elsewhere who have reported poor customer service, from the Plymouth Store in particular. It took four and a half months to resolve numerous issues we had with our kitchen, during which time we were passed from Joe, to Tyler, to Paul, to Dale, to Hannah and back to Paul again. Getting any response via email felt like pulling hens teeth and when we phoned we were told that the person we needed to speak with was "in a meeting", "out of the office" or my personal favourite "management have all gone skiing so there is nobody here who can help". Throughout the whole process they blamed everyone else: their suppliers, us the customer and/or our contractors, ex-Kettle colleagues and even Brexit! rather than accept any personal responsibility. Here we are, 4 and a half months on, including 11 additional days off work waiting in for deliveries and Contractors who, on several occasions, never even arrived. We have been left feeling incredibly disappointed. What was meant to be a dream kitchen in fact became a nightmare. Many tears have been shed along the way and, considering the price-point compared with other kitchens, we would have expected far better customer service than we received. You might be lucky and everything goes to plan but that was certainly not our experience and I would strongly advise anyone considering a new kitchen to save themselves an awful lot of stress, look beyond the well-dressed showrooms and Instagram page and go elsewhere."

"I first started back the beginning of March. Was dealing with Charlie who after a couple of emails of nothing change me to Lily. I had several emails to which I replied. Long and short of it is Lily kept saying she would have design soon but unfortunately it never materialised. My emails to her would just reply away from office back in wk, few days etc. Very disappointed would give 0 if I could."
