"Very disappointed in aesthetic trestment package and more disappointed in the lack of aftercare. Regarding bookings a mobile number was provided for quicker access to the Belfast clinic and always answered or calls returned promptly. Following the aesthetic treatments calls went unanswered for a week. Reviews only made on contsct with booking line. I was told at one review that the treatments were administered and the result was the result. No responsibility acknowledged regarding disappointmsnt that there was no noticeable difference after either treatment, at a cost of £650. Lesson learnt. I doubt I'll ever have aesthetic treatmens again following this experience, and certainly not at Sisu. Manager and Doctor sll smiles when booking and paying for trestments as a customer of 2 years but not so pleasant or interested when I expressed disappointment."
