"DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC FOR A STREP B TEST - they did not pay the supplying lab for my test and I have been threatened with debt collection and impact to my credit score over their error! For my recent pregnancy I purchased a strep B test at the clinic whilst up for a gender scan. I paid for the test via card at the clinic and followed the instructions to the T and received my response via post. I have since received a text from the supplying lab stating that my invoice was not paid by ultrasound direct and that if I do not settle this soon it will be sought via debt collection with additional charges which will affect my credit score!! After calling UD head office, they said they are aware Belfast have accidentally invoiced the customers again and have yet to fix it. I requested an urgent call back a week ago from the manager at the clinic but did not receive it. Hugely unprofessional behaviour, will warn all friends and family to avoid this clinic. Ridiculous."
"Another establishment cancelled our scan which had been booked for weeks on the morning of the booking after already having complications we phoned ultra sound direct and they were able to take us that day. We are now related the other place cancelled as this place is amazing. Great price . Great service. Wonderful staff and the best technology about."

She was so reassuring and explained things to me that she could see in much more detail than any other scans I've had. The other staff were lovely and personable. Well done on creating such a lovely atmosphere. It's invaluable for women in early pregnancy when they need to feel safe and reassured."
