"Standards have massively dropped waiting in the waiting room for over 7 and a half hours with no clue when me and my partner would be seen. Partner stressed and sore from being 34 weeks pregnant and being in a waiting room that was 30 degrees asked to get her file back to go home and they said they would see where she was on the waiting list and never came back."
