"Up there with the worst lettings agent. Deducted about a grand from our deposit with ridiculous charges over wall markings, some of which were already there prior to moving into the property. Communication with landlord was always inconsistent, sometimes answering in the middle of the night or outright ignoring messages. Some of these messages have been about fire alarms showing faults, rat infestations outside the property, and leaking from bathrooms. Also many occasions where landlord would show up with less than 24 hours notice or even no notice at all for viewings, meter readings, and repairs. I would avoid at all costs if possible."

"Overall I good letting company, by far the best student one I have used. Issues were resolved quickly and concerns were addressed. I would recommend them if you’re looking for an agency that supports students and doesn’t take advantage. The only downfall is there is no emergency number if a concern is out of hours."

"Avoid please, the reason their reviews look good is because they spend their time pestering you to leave them reviews. During the tenancy, we had an ant infestation, the boiler leaking - which was then broken further by "maintenance", the bathroom shower leaked through the ceiling and the kitchen sink also leaked. They also decided during our tenancy that it was time to replaster the entire downstairs basement, leaving the house stinking for weeks and dust and mess throughout the kitchen. Everything is fixed as cheaply as possible, which causes stuff to break constantly, resulting in constant maintenance call outs. Maintenance lack proficcient comunication skills to even allow you to relay the issue across in person so you end up as a mime. Messages are ignored for days and then randomly replied to at 3am, and staff will show up without sufficient notice as they're a day late to original notice given. Honestly not worth the hastle, especially as a student as they will take advantage of you and just try and make money off your deposit."

"Awful, boiler broken and left flooding the property overnight, asked tenants boyfriend to fix it, keys didn’t work and mould present at property on arrival. Tried to charge extra in accordance with electricity prices despite signing a contract with an unlimited supply. Builders would smoke in our homes, spill paint on our belongings when attempting to cover mould with magnolia paint, and defrost our freezers. Do not use this company, and if you do then take pictures on arrival and always go through DPS asap."
