"We contacted the shop seeking a particular product for our older dog who needed some help with her joints and movement. Although they didn't have our initial product they recommended an informed alternative and a week on we are seeing an improved difference over what we were seeing with the last product. We aren't expecting her to suddenly race around the garden again, but she's getting up and about quicker and we are getting less occasional yelps and groans as she wanders about. A much more comfortable dog due to a great service and friendly, informed, helpful staff, thanks all, would certainly recommend!"
