"Kept up all night by next rooms loud TV. No answer to any phone calls to reception, no-one around to help. Would not recommend or stay here again. Poor service. **update** I found the night porter and he kindly put me in a new room. Not the stay I was expecting, having to move rooms at 0030 but at least I could then sleep. Toast and cereal for breakfast was fine"
"We were welcomed with direction to where we would be sitting and a waiter ordered our drinks. The creM tea was generous. If anything...the bread was a little on the thick side..hence you're full up before you get to the goodies. The place is clean and spacious. We weren't cramped...in a group of 27. We will go back."
"Good staff .We are still trying to work out why the door handles were put on back to front . Hopefully they will upgrade the towels in the very near future. And supply a soap dish in the future . The room was fine and afternoon tea was very nice . Will we return possibly."
"Disappointing afternoon tea... A beautiful building and surroundings to visit but that's as good as it gets. The sandwich and cake selection for the afternoon tea was sadly lacking for the cost. Tea and coffee was unlimited but not great quality. Our server was polite and friendly, unfortunately the overall service was very slow and limited. Such a pity..."
"Lovely place. Very comfortable. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Very good value for money. A hidden gem in a beautiful location."
