"I live at Sandhills, perfect for first year, Free washer dryer in kitchen, proper shower, 3/4 bed, AND cheaper than the slightly decent trent halls which are wayyyy overpriced, 2 minutes away from rock city and 7 minutes away from the uni, about 5 minutes to the nearest tram as well but you don’t really need to use it as the city centre is so close by, maintenance are very helpful, moving in was very easy, highly recommended."

"I genuinely think that as a company unipol are amazing. Have an issue? They’ll sort it out asap. Need help with understanding payments? They got you covered. Our student home wasn’t in amazing shape having problems occur alot but as a letting agency unipol always catered to our needs. 99% of the staff I have spoken to are genuinely very friendly whether thats on the phone or in person. My only issue is with Tom Taylor. Recently I had called about our house deposit. My question to him was “Do we get charged on the amount of waste that had to be removed or is it just one full payment for the house to be cleaned?” He went on a tangent for around 3 minutes which didn’t answer my question so I interrupted and asked him again but midway through my sentence he said “can you not interrupt me? It ruins my thought process. Let me finish ” so I allowed him to rant for another minute or so. Still, question not answered so I ask again “mate, do we get charged for the amount of waste or is it a universal payment for rubbish removal” to which in fairness he apologised saying “sorry it’s been a long day at work today” and answered my question in 1 whole sentence. Which could’ve been done from the get go. The reason I’m leaving this review is because this isn’t the first time Tom Taylor has spoken rudely towards me or a house mate. I won’t go into too much detail but we had called him asking for the contract almost 2 years ago and he was so rude and condescending it genuinely scared us from even signing the contract. Another instance, my housemate had broken her blinds and she called up which Tom picked up. Although I don’t recall what he said she came off the phone in shock as he spoke to her very rudely. Although we have only had 3 encounters with him it’s little moments like that which made us decide we wanted to rent with another agency For 3rd year."

This is because they’ve been consistently great with everything. It’s very easy to book accommodation and they make the whole process a breeze.
