"I love living here. Yes the building is quite old and a bit shabby in the hallways but there is a great community with residents helping each other out (borrowing things, walking dogs, watering plants when away, etc.) and generally being very friendly. Plus the parking and location adjacent to Sneinton Market and the City Centre is amazing!!"
"Building is not looked after at all. A lot of damp, walls and ceilings crumbling, plaster, rubbish and junk everywhere. Not worth the ground rent at all. Very bad rat problem, some problems with parcel and post thieves. Little to no maintenance done to the building at all."
