"Rude staff, manager just as rude. Dirty trampolines. Unnecessary restrictions on parts due to staffing. No signs or info regarding this. Parts falling apart. Staff more concerned about their mobile usage than safeguarding children. Would not use again. Or recommend."
"We have been twice now for the parent and toddler session. My 17mo loves it. I think the value is excellent, especially if you book for a second visit as you get 50% off. There's also a little snack pot included and the staff kindly have catered for my sons allergies! We will be revisiting in the near future!"

"My daughter was invited to a birthday party. The party seemed well organised and staff attentive. Everyone had a really good time. However, once in the delegated broom cupboard for the party food it felt the clock was ticking and everyone rushing to get the children fed, cake and party bags complete. I felt sorry for the parents holding the party as I think a little extra time was needed especially for the clean up after a room full of children eating. All in all it was a fun time for all and I would recommend for a party venue."
