He assesses the situation and clearly explains what the problem is, in as much detail as you want. His years of experience are evident in both the treatment he gives you, and the exercises he suggests that are essential to your fast recovery. None of us are getting any younger and we all need a bit of help and advice in keeping our joints and muscles working. "Felt very angry, you book for an hour, but he's going through multiple clients at once. Second session told me the exercises were being done wrong. Well only natural when you're not around to supervise your patients. Thirdly was slightly late for an appointment due to traffic 10 mins and decided then to spend even less time. My back felt better but honestly I came out of there feeling mugged."
