"Still waiting for a refund since we booked in September and nobody turned up at the location to let us in. No communication with us until we messaged and then got a message saying they were having work done and someone should have been in touch t let us know. We have been in touch regularly asking for a refund and repeatedly being told it has been done but no money is refunded."

Both rooms are great crack, well thought out and a real experience. Most importantly our host Michaela was so personable, welcoming and warm. This really added fun and comfort to our visit. These escape rooms are great for groups of all sizes on any occasions! Highly recommended and will definitely be back when the new rooms are available."
