"Worst company ever. Glen cleaning manager and the whole company is soooo poorly managed. Payment cuts, incorrect pay, no cleaning products, horrible managers and disgusting management. Glen cleaning group managers and management want to work people as slaves and not pay the right money.They also expect you to do other peoples work on top of the many rooms you need to clean. I hope this company goes under investigation on how it is run. Are we in 1900. Slavery in 2023"
"I was unfortunately transfered to glen cleaning via (Tupe) working in a public school. The first thing they did was reduce staff and hours. Remove staff breaks. Ended on minimum wage after 2 years. Cut cost on cleaning materials, using the cheapest stuff that they could outsource. There was a significantly heavy workload increase on an already physically demanding job. As a result, colleague stress increased and staff sickness increased. When staff went sick you were expected to just do their work on top of an already detrimentally increased workload. Wages are incorrect all the time, they just rip people off. Management do not care. Honestly the worst company of I have worked for in my life. I Do not recommend working for glen cleaning. You will not be happy"

"Glen group is a good company to work for because if you work hard they always find the way to show you appreciation, the job is secure (even during covid) and this is why I have decided to stay with them. My manager Amany is wonderful and always there for us. There are lots of different sites where you can work so whatever is your daily routine surely you could find something what suits you.
