"We booked Light and Airey to do a thorough clean of our home after we had some building work done. When we inspected the house after their three hours of work, we were very disappointed. Many of the agreed jobs had not been done at all, and others were substandard. The supervisor who dropped off the cleaners wasn't particularly polite or friendly to my partner, who was heavily pregnant at the time. Most frustratingly, they broke a plant pot in our bedroom, threw the whole plant in the bin, and didn't bother telling us that any of this had happened! They did remove some of the cost from the invoice as a result of our complaints, and offered to come back and do the job again - but we'd already finished the jobs ourselves by that point. I wouldn't recommend their service or use them again in future."

"Amazing company. recently moved in to a new house and booked Light and Airey for the day before the move thinking (and telling Light and Airey) it should be a quick once over as it should be clean. Met Leanne at the house at 9.30am on the day and we walked in and were horrified as it was filthy! Leanne took control and just got on with it, within an hour a full team were called in and they spent most of the day unexpectedly turning the house in to somewhere that I was gutted to walk in to to something that was clean and as I was expecting - couldn’t ask for any more and Leanne being there with her chatty and friendly personality just made everything easier to deal with. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone."

"I asked for a quote over the phone, got the work done. Three weeks after I received an invoice that was two times the quote. I called them and they said that the hourly rate was per hour per person (and of course they decide how many people will do the job). At that point there wasn't much I could do."
