"In the past couple of years, dealing with couriers and freight companies has become a nightmare with delays, missing cartons, lost pallets and multi-carton shipments arriving in numerous separate deliveries. I seem to spend half my time tracking shipments online or on a call to a courier chasing delivery. Issues are even more likely to crop up if you are shipping Lithium batteries. However, an urgent shipment of batteries from the UK to Eastern Europe was collected by JJX on a Tuesday and delivered a couple of days later on the Thursday, brilliant service.
