"Useful store (good opening hours), but I have been put off going there lately because the music blasted into the aisles has become obnoxiously loud. I've actually had to put ear plugs in. I've mentioned it to staff a couple of times, but there's been no change. Another irritation is the fact the they sometimes wheel large food trolleys into the aisles late in the day, which take up a lot of the limited space and make navigation quite stressful. Staff have always been pretty decent: ok to friendly."

"When staff is asked about anything they're nice and friendly. However, but it was only HERMES related, did not anticipate what leaded to waste of time few times. For example they often doesn't have blue ticket for hermes but there is not a sign about it. So they see you printing labels and wait in queue to find out at cashier you can't send anything. Often employing students and it seems to be high staff fluctuation. They would benefit from more detailed cross training at cashier (payments, lotto, hermes, e.c.) which potentially can reduce queues. Tesco-wise: clean, most of the time full shelfs, enough parking, cahspoint, open 24/7 till 11pm, disabled access ."

"staff member is to rood to costermers especially the students as thay find it difficult some times to understand english i witness her saying thay should not come to this country if thay cannot speak proper english i can point her out not a prob as am a radford resident ill never shop there again till she gone and ill be having words with the manager to show all the videos of her being rude on my phone she needs sacking too rood im dun"

"Gone right down hill since refurb.. shelves half empty alot of the time.. no sugar or basic nassessitys all weekend.. again! anna and the shop floor staff are great. Management are very very sloppy to say the least!"
